A major showcase of Indian enterprise is heading to Sharjah
The Aatmanirbhar Bharat Expo 2027 will take place at Expo Centre Sharjah from 3–5 February, showcasing Indian-made products and businesses to the UAE market.
The expo comes as India-UAE trade continues to expand, with bilateral trade reaching $100.06 billion in FY2025, according to figures cited by the organisers.
The event is positioned around the opportunities created by the India-UAE Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA) and easier market access for Indian products.
More than 90 per cent of Indian products now benefit from zero-duty access to the UAE under the agreement, according to the UAE Ministry of Economy figures cited by the organisers.
The showcase will connect Indian companies with buyers, distributors, investors and business partners across the region.
Its final day will also open up a B2C-focused experience, tapping into the UAE’s sizeable Indian community and its demand for Indian products and brands.
For exhibitors, the expo offers a route into the UAE and wider Middle Eastern market, with a focus on trade, partnerships and commercial growth.
