A special night celebrating Amy Winehouse’s legacy with the original band
The Amy Winehouse Band is heading to Dubai Opera on 8 October for a special concert marking 20 years of Back to Black.
Led by Amy’s longtime musical director, bassist and close friend Dale Davis, the show brings together original members of her touring and studio bands.
A female vocalist personally selected by Davis will front the performance, revisiting songs from Frank, Back to Black and Lioness: Hidden Treasures.
Expect live renditions of favourites including Rehab, Valerie, Back to Black, Love is a Losing Game and Tears Dry on their own.
The concert offers a rare connection to the musicians and sound behind some of Amy’s most enduring recordings and performances.
It’s a chance to hear her iconic songbook brought to life by the artists who helped shape it.
