DATE & TIME

The World Green Economy Summit returns to Dubai on 21–22 October 2026 at Sheikh Rashid Hall.

Since launching in 2014, WGES has grown into an important platform for advancing the global transition towards a green economy.

Organised by the Dubai Supreme Council of Energy, the summit brings together key voices from the energy, environment and sustainability sectors.

The programme focuses on the challenges shaping our future, from climate change and global warming to sustainable development and green investment.

It also explores the policies, strategies and initiatives needed to accelerate the shift towards more sustainable economies.

International cooperation remains at the heart of the summit, with discussions designed to connect ideas, investment and practical solutions.

With a trade-only audience, WGES provides a focused setting for industry professionals and decision-makers to exchange knowledge and build partnerships.

For two days, Dubai will be at the centre of conversations around the policies and innovations driving the next chapter of the green economy.
