The entire city it seems is super excited for the opening of the capital’s latest IKEA store with just 10 days to go.
Team Yalla just learned that IKEA Al Wahda Mall in Abu Dhabi will now open 18 November instead of the original opening day of 10 November.
Team Yalla is so excited that IKEA’s second location in Abu Dhabi will be in the city itself.
At the time of writing, there are just 10 days to go before the grand opening of the new IKEA in Al Wadha Mall, Abu Dhabi.
The store was initially due to open in July 2020, but that was pushed back to the new opening date of 10 November, and now has been pushed back further to 18 November.
The store, at more than 2,000 sqm, won’t be as big as the one located on Yas Island. However, the new store’s central location near the city centre area of Abu Dhabi will make it more accessible for many city dwellers.
