Homegrown brands Publique and Pickl collaborate to create a special burger you won’t find anywhere else
Burger lovers, this is for you!
Two of Dubai’s homegrown brands are collaborating to bring you one-off boozy burgers you won’t find anywhere else.
Publique, the Alpine ski lodge with killer views of the Burj Al Arab, has invited Pickl to take over its menu and deliver some seriously delicious treats to the table.
For this special collaboration, Pickl has cooked up a premium beverage BBQ Cheese Burger that’s truly unique to the occasion – it’s not available even in its own restaurants.
The cheeseburger features a deep, smoky BBQ sauce created from a hard spirit that is unlike anything you’ve ever tasted. It also comes with garlic mayo and boozy caramelized onions on two smashed patties with American cheese.

And that’s not all. You’ll also get to sink your teeth into two of Pickl’s classic favorites: The Classic Double Cheeseburger with lettuce and secret sauce, and The Spicy Double Cheeseburger with fried onions, ranch sauce, and Pickl’s signature Jeff It Up spice mix (named after the spiciest man alive, Jeff Goldblum).
The special burger is available only from 21 March until 23 April, so you definitely won’t want to miss this.
