As part of this year’s Dubai Fitness Challenge 30×30, from 26 October to 24 November, you can enjoy Barry’s signature high-intensity workouts against the backdrop of the breathtaking Ain Dubai.
The Dubai Fitness Challenge (DFC) encourages participants to commit to 30 minutes of daily exercise for 30 days.
