UAE FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS: Updates on Etihad Airways, FlyDubai and Emirates’ routes

Emirates Airplane Flight Cancellations

Check out all the routes affected by UAE flight cancellations across Etihad Airways, FlyDubai and Emirates

Following flight cancellations across the UAE last week, several routes to Jordan, Tel Aviva and more were affected. However, most flights and resumed now while flights to Beirut continue to remain suspended.

Some carriers like Air Arabia and FlyDubai are still flying to parts of Iran through a special air corridor, however the former has also suspended flights to Beirut until further notice.

Dubai carrier Flydubai has extended its flight suspension to and from Beirut till the end of this month due to the ongoing ‘regional unrest’ in Lebanon. Passengers have been advised to contact their booking agents for alternative travel options or contact the airline if they have booked with them directly.

Dubai’s flagship carrier Emirates has also suspended flights to/from Beirut until 15 October 2024 as of now.

Meanwhile, in Abu Dhabi, Etihad Airways has cancelled its services to and from Beirut until 11 October in response to ongoing regional developments.

Flights affected are EY535 from Abu Dhabi (AUH) to Beirut (BEY) and EY538 from Beirut to Abu Dhabi.

Customers transiting through Abu Dhabi with a final destination of Beirut will not be accepted for travel from their point of origin unless they have made their onward travel arrangements from Abu Dhabi.

Stay safe!
