Head to the foodie festival to sample some of his favourite signature dishes

Don’t miss the chance to experience the culinary genius of Michelin-starred Chef Alvin Leung as Demon Duck takes part in Taste of Dubai 2025 from 14-15 February the Media City Amphitheatre.

Chef Leung himself will be on-site, offering food lovers the rare opportunity to catch a glimpse of the master behind the bold flavours of Demon Duck.

At this year’s festival, Chef Alvin will showcase an exclusive menu featuring signature dishes like Salt & Pepper Tofu, Wasabi Prawn Toast, Wagyu Short Rib Gyoza, and the much-loved Slow-Roasted Demon Duck, aged for 14 days.

For younger guests, the Chicken Fun Guo offers a delicious option. The menu will reflect Chef Leung’s playful yet masterful fusion of traditional Asian flavours with modern, avant-garde techniques.

As one of Dubai’s top food festivals, Taste of Dubai offers a chance to explore 16 handpicked restaurants, live entertainment, and interactive cooking workshops.

With Chef Alvin Leung attending the event, foodies can enjoy not only the bold flavours of Demon Duck, but also the chance to meet the culinary icon himself.
