Calling all creatives: your work could light up the world’s tallest building. Here’s how to make it happen

Think your art deserves the world’s biggest stage? You’re in luck — Emaar has launched an epic open call, inviting artists, designers, and animators to project their work across the Burj Khalifa.

That’s right: your original creation could light up the Dubai skyline and you could walk away with a cool AED 100,000.

Here’s what to do:

  • Create an original video or animation that captures Dubai’s spirit — think creativity, culture, innovation.
  • Make sure it’s three minutes long and fits the Burj Khalifa’s projection format (full specs at Burj Khalifa )
  • Add a short concept description to explain the story or inspiration behind your design.
  • Email everything to [email protected] between 6-26 May, 2025.

That’s it — submit, wait, and you might just see your work broadcast to the world.

Mohamed Alabbar, Founder of Emaar, called the initiative a “canvas for creativity and innovation” — and now that canvas could be yours.

So if you’ve ever dreamed of taking your art sky-high, this is your chance. Brush up, design big, and go for it.
