For one night only, these powerhouse chefs will join forces to present Hoe Lee Kow x Revolver, an explosive four-course dining journey that blends bold South Asian soul with razor-sharp East Asian technique, all delivered with Revolver’s signature flair for drama and flavor.

Priced at AED 395, this intimate evening promises not just dinner, but a front-row seat to culinary theater at its finest.

Chef Jitin Joshi, Revolver’s own maestro, brings nearly three decades of Michelin-honed expertise from London to Dubai. Known for his fearless fusion of French precision and spice-laden imagination, his dishes tell stories, command attention, and ignite the senses.

Joining him is the maverick Chef Reif Othman, the creative genius behind REIF Japanese Kushiyaki, Hoe Lee Kow, and the exclusive TERO.

A regular on MENA’s 50 Best and the Arabian Business Power 100, Chef Reif is revered for his boundary-pushing interpretations of East Asian flavours; always unexpected, always unforgettable.

The exclusive menu is a bold, cross-cultural symphony: expect crave-worthy bites like Caviar Tart and Crispy Chicken Manchurian, followed by show-stealers like Sea Trout Tartar with fermented chili soy, and Langoustine in kimchi beurre blanc.
