Poised to become the world’s second-tallest building, Burj Azizi stretches along Sheikh Zayed Road and is set to complete by 2028.
It combines ultra‑luxury residences, a seven‑star cultural-themed hotel, vertical retail and spa levels, plus record‑breaking amenities such as the world’s highest nightclub and observation deck on level 130.
Every 20th floor includes fitness, game rooms, cinemas, and dining, offering panoramic views over downtown Dubai and beyond.
Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences (557m, 104 floors)

A glamorous collaboration between Binghatti Properties and luxury jeweller Jacob & Co, this super-tall residential tower in Business Bay aims to become the world’s tallest exclusively residential building.
With diamond‑inspired crown spires, it houses sky mansions, penthouses and high-end amenities including infinity pools, private cinemas, wellness spaces, and concierge services.
Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina (517m, 122 floors)

Once the former “Pentominium,” this wellness‑themed tower by Six Senses is set to bring holistic luxury to Dubai Marina.
With 251 residences, it will be the world’s tallest residential tower, featuring sound‑healing rooms, biophilic design, rooftop pools, wellness wardrobes, and sensory art. Completion is projected by 2028.
It’s intended to redefine not just heights, but health-forward urban living.
Ciel Tower, Dubai Marina (365 m, 82 floors)

Ciel is on track to become the world’s tallest hotel when it opens late 2025, topping out at 82 floors and 1,000+ rooms.
Guests will enjoy floor‑to‑ceiling panoramic sea views, the highest infinity pool in the world on level 76, a 12-level atrium sky garden, sky‑high dining, lounges and observatory decks.

Dubai Creek Tower (828 m+)

Intended to rival or surpass the Burj Khalifa, this Santiago Calatrava–designed masterpiece is now undergoing redesign after pause.
Rising in Dubai Creek Harbour, it will feature cable‑supported silhouette inspired by minarets and dhow sails, sky gardens, observation decks in bud‑shaped pods, cultural spaces, hotels and retail, anchored by a landscaped waterfront plaza.

Two towers, 304m and 241m, connected by a Guinness‑record 230 m cantilever (“The Link”) 100m above ground, making it the world’s longest cantilever structure.
Located beside Dubai World Trade Centre, it offers mixed-use functions, luxury hotel, offices, residences, all beneath an architectural canopy.
Uptown Dubai Tower 1 (Burj 2020) (711m, 115 floors)

Also known as Burj 2020, this megatall landmark in Jumeirah Lake Towers breaks ground in 2025 and towers over 700 m with retail, hotel, commercial and entertainment zones in its vertical structure.
Designed by Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill, it’s expected to finish by 2030, though early delivery phases may come sooner. This will be an architectural anchor for the future Burj
Al Habtoor Tower (350m, 82 floors)

Situated in Al Habtoor City on Sheikh Zayed Road, this residential skyscraper offers smart-home technology and canal-front vistas.
With one- to three-bedroom units, residents will benefit from premium amenities including infinity pools, gym facilities, and access to nearby leisure hubs. Scheduled for late 2026 completion, it strengthens Dubai’s residential core along the Water Canal.
Muraba Veil (380 m, 76 floors)

Rising roughly 380m, it houses about 131 ultra-premium apartments in multiple bedroom configurations.
Cavalli Tower (Roberto Cavalli branded, Business Bay)
