Indulge in breakfast spreads, seafood platters, veggie stars and sweet treats

If you’ve been looking for a reason to head back to Al Beiruti, consider this your (delicious) sign.

The beloved Lebanese Restau-Café has just launched an all-new menu, and it’s an absolute celebration of everything we love about the cuisine, with plenty of fresh twists to keep things exciting.

At the heart of it all? The Al Beiruti Breakfast, a communal feast that brings Lebanon’s breakfast culture to life.

Expect a colourful table brimming with eggs your way, walnut labneh, hummus, falafel, foul, shakshouka, balila, hummus fatteh, a mixed cheese platter, dessert bites, fresh-from-the-oven breads, pickles, veggies, and of course, Lebanese coffee or tea.

Craving manakish? There’s now a whole expanded oven section, featuring indulgent new options like cheese-stuffed zaatar, wild zaatar, kafta with cheese, and meat and egg combos, all made to order, all guaranteed to satisfy.

Plant-based eaters aren’t left out either. The new menu makes space for stars like lentil kebbe, vegetarian kebbe, potato kebbe, and hearty home-style bemye bel zeit and foul akhdar.

Seafood fans, you’re covered too. Look out for grilled calamari, marinated shrimp, and a seafood platter loaded with jumbo prawns and fish skewers, served with thick-cut fries and house sauces.

As for something a little richer? Enter basterma everything, from basterma and cheese manakish to basterma rolls, basterma labneh, and even a refined basterma carpaccio.

There are also comforting warm additions like creamy tomato soup, kale chicken salad, artichoke provençal, and a bold take on chicken cordon bleu

If you’re feeling indulgent, the Al Beiruti Steak, served over a signature mustard sauce, is the one to order.

Kids now have their own go-to with a chicken burger added to the menu, while dessert lovers are spoiled for choice with baklava pistachio, tiramisu, chocolate and caramel pain perdu, French toast, and creamy rice pudding.
