Revolver dubai’s hot new line-up

The city’s modern Indian grill serves up fire-fuelled menus and unmissable chef collaborations

Revolver Dubai, the modern Indian grill known for igniting the senses with its fire-to-table cuisine, is turning up the heat this season with a daring lineup of culinary experiences.

A sibling to the acclaimed Singaporean original, Revolver Dubai brings an electrifying energy to the city’s dining scene, pushing creative boundaries with curated menus, high-octane collaborations, and unforgettable themed nights.

From underground brunches to fiery steak evenings and chef-driven culinary collisions, there’s always a reason to return.

Two culinary mavericks, one night only: Revolver x The Beam

On Thursday, 4 September, another unforgettable night awaits as Chef Jitin Joshi partners with award-winning Chef Nick Alvis of The Beam for an exclusive five-course tasting menu.

This bold collaboration fuses Jitin’s mastery of modern Indian grilling with Nick’s refined, ingredient-led European style, resulting in a dining experience that’s not to be missed.

The evening opens with a tantalising lineup of small bites: Watermelon with tamarind ponzu, Venison Tartare elevated with anchovy and root ginger, creamy Goats Cheese & Beetroot, and a Burrata Pie Tee crowned with sesame and peanut.

Seafood lovers will savour the Seabass Tiradito complemented by buttermilk and curry leaf, alongside a Scottish Salmon dish with gem heart, radish, and burnt lemon

For the mains, guests will be treated to a richly layered Smoked & Confit Duck with foie gras, plum, and peanut, and a Gochujang Chicken featuring basil saikyo miso and bonito gremolata.

The bold flavours continue with a Lamb Saddle served with confit belly, smoked aubergine, cumin, and vine tomato, alongside a tender Black Vinegar Beef Short Rib on corn polenta.

To close, dessert arrives in the form of Burnt Citrus with Yuzu Yoghurt and indulgent Salted Caramel & Hazelnut Choux Buns, each bite as surprising as it is satisfying.

AED 395 per person for five-course tasting menu. Thursday, 4 September 4th, from 7pm. For bookings, visit sevenrooms.com
