Aura dubai: new wellness experiences and high-performance events

Time to inhale, exhale

Dubai’s wellness scene is getting a serious facelift this season as AURA unveils a refreshed calendar brimming with sunrise yoga to stretch your limits, evening breathwork to exhale the week, and transformative sound healing to tune your soul.

These experiences unfold alongside limited-edition events and high-performance collaborations designed to lift you, push you, and move you, in every sense of the word.

From the precision of Micro Lagree with Longevity Wellness Hub to the adrenaline-fuelled SKYROX competition in partnership with CRANK, and the highly anticipated return of Tri in the Sky with the Dubai Fitness Challenge, AURA is redefining what it means to move, breathe, and play in Dubai.

This season, the space partners with some of the world’s leading wellness innovators to deliver experiences that push your body, mind, and spirit to new heights.

On 18 October and 22 November, you can join SKYROX, a Hyrox-inspired fitness challenge set high above the city.

Meanwhile, the ever-popular Tri in the Sky returns for its third consecutive year as part of the Dubai Fitness Challenge on 15 November, from 5am to 2pm.

AURA Skypool transforms into a playground for performance, wellness, and community, blending multi-discipline movement with the city’s most iconic skyline as a backdrop.

This year, the experience comes with invigorating new formats, exclusive brand partners, and even more ways to challenge and energise your body.

So if you’re seeking mindful mornings, high-octane fitness, or immersive wellness rituals, AURA is where Dubai moves, breathes, and elevates this season.
