Bus service from Sharjah to Abu Dhabi resumes

Buses will leave every hour.

What is the old saying about waiting for a bus and two come along at once?

The Sharjah to Abu Dhabi bus route is back in operation as it took its first passengers this week from the capital to the third largest emirate of the UAE since it was suspended at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Buses will run between the cities every hour, seven days-a-week and you can jump aboard at Platform 1.

The news follows hot on the heels of the announcement by the Ajman Transport authority that the bus service between the emirate and Abu Dhabi has now resumed and will be run twice-a-day, in both directions.

It is also hoped that the bus service from Abu Dhabi to Dubai will be fully operational from next week.
