The largest virtual education fair in the UAE, the IDP Study Abroad Expo will take place online from Friday 24 September to Saturday 25 September and aims to provide parents and students with all the information they need should they be considering furthering their educational career abroad.
Hosted twice a year, the expo offers opportunities for parents and students to interact with more than 85 university reps from around the world from the comfort of their own sofa.
Country Director of IDP Education, Rashi Bhattacharya, said that in spite of the pandemic, many students from the UAE are eager to study abroad.
She said: “Despite the challenges for international education, we are still seeing a demand and growth of students in the UAE wanting to go abroad for further education.
“These students are holding on to their study abroad goals and are very determined. We are in regular contact with our students and ensure we update them on the latest regulations and procedures which are changing frequently.”
