Swim into the weekend with the return of the Open Water Swimming event at Al Hudayriyat Island.
Making a splash on Saturday 22 January, the first major swim event of the New Year will see four distances for you in which to compete including 3km, 1.5km, 750m and 375m.
There will even be a 200m race for little flippers to enjoy.
Beginning at 7am, there is a discount on offer for swimmers looking to test themselves at two or more distances in the water.
All participants over the age of 16 must present a negative PCR test not exceeding 96 hours on their Al Hosn app in order to compete.
Competitors under 16 are also required to undertake a PCR test within 96 hours of the event.
