Lets Learn Tennis this Ramadan

ZSC Academy is offering tennis player in-the-making a fun way to learn the sport and stay healthy this Ramadan. This Beginners Tennis Programme includes six sessions aimed at developing basic skills and knowledge, advancing to games at the end of the period.

Adults of all ages with an interest in tennis that have little or no previous experience will benefit from the programme. Led by credentialed and experience coaches from ZSC Academy, each session will have a goal, including development of technique, tactics, and rules. On the final night, participants will face their coaches in casual games to get further experience.

The engaging series of activities planned will translate the multiple layers of the city for residents and visitors to explore, understand and enjoy.

The Creative Act includes a space conceived by artists Ramin Haerizadeh, Rokni Haerizadeh, and Hesam Rahmanian that takes you on a journey and introduces various mediums and ideas.

These complimentary drop-in sessions focus on building a community art space inspired by their work as well as other art featured in the
exhibition. Participants of all ages can take part in the creative process of designing a room in which you can express your ideas and creativity.

This is a popular parent-crad class that will help prepare you emoOonally and physically for the arrival of your newborn baby. Taught by a Doula and Childbirth educator you will learn everything you need to know about post birth procedures and learn about your options for post birth care.

Course Outline:
• Physical, emotional and social transformation post birth
• Breastfeeding – initiating, positioning and latch, how to know baby is feeding well, pumping and returning to work.
• Normal newborn procedures and appearance
• Care of newborn – swaddling, bathing, nappy changing, coping with crying, infant sleep, baby carrying.
