Catch at St. Regis is releasing a bubbly and caviar night and you have to experience it

Expect a five-course menu with bubbly and caviar.

If you love fine dining like we do at Yalla – Abu Dhabi Life then you will absolutely adore this new monthly dinner at the plush Catch at St. Regis.

The St. Regis Abu Dhabi restaurant has curated a special five-course bubbly and caviar menu that pairs French bubbly with varieties of the luxury fare.

Crafted by Remon Nabil Hana, you can expect to tuck into sumptuous dishes like ‘A feeling of déjà vu’ featuring premium ingredients such as carabineros, snow crab, Granny Smith jelly and Kristal caviar; ‘Nostalgia’ including crustacean ravioli, galangal lemongrass bisque and shaved dry pressed caviar; and ‘The Pearl’ dessert, fusing tapioca pearl, passion emulsion, coconut yuzu ice cream and pink pomelo caviar.

The Luxury Indulgence of Taste evening is only available to 30 guests with the first activation taking place on Friday 25 February from 7pm to midnight.

The experience is priced at AED 550 (soft drinks) and AED 850 (bubbly).

It is not the only dinner experience you can have at the opulent five-star hotel with the Terrace on the Corniche livening up your midweek meals.
