Abu Dhabi Grand Prix & Yasalam After Race Concerts

Abu Dhabi has been transformed by the hum and excitement of the Formula 1 ®️ as the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix kicks off today until Sunday November 26. Promising to be an unmissable weekend , there’s so many fantastic events taking place over the Capital, and of course an exciting race and live performances by Calvin Harris, J Cole, Mumford & Sons, and Pink.

Spaccanapoli

Available every Saturday from 12pm until 4pm, children will receive a free pizza for every paying adult. Kids can choose their favourite toppings before the master chefs at Spaccanapoli work their magic and bake the pizza to perfection. Spaccanapoli Ristorante is reminiscent of a charming rustic trattoria with its intimate alcoves, wooden furnishings and painted countryside murals. The name is derived from a long and narrow street in the Italian city of Naples which traverses the historic centre into two, and is the inspiration for the original 1 metre pizza. Spaccanapoli’s dishes are prepared with heart and soul using traditional homemade flavours and the freshest ingredients, and the menu features classic dishes as well as gluten free options for pasta and pizza. With a casual setting, intimate bar and library area, and delicious cuisine, Spaccanapoli has earned its place in the heart of Abu Dhabi residents.
The Smurfs Live on Stage

Eight favorite Smurfs characters including Papa Smurf, Clumsy Smurf, Brainy Smurf and the adorable Smurfette are coming to Yas Island, Abu Dhabi for the first time ever to transform the Wintery breeze in town into a colorful Spring. The evil wizard Gargamel and the puppeteers will accompany the tiny blue creatures in this ‘Smurftastic’ journey. Little fans, mum and dad and the grandparents alike can get ready to cheer the Smurfs as they come to life on a grand stage, which brings the books to life with life size Smurf mushroom-shaped forest houses, vibrant backdrops and wonderful sing-along music. La La La La La La…don’t miss The Smurfs Live on Stage in their 90-minute show in Du Forum, Yas Island for a strictly limited season from 30th November to December 1st, 2017. Tickets will start from AED 95 up to AED 495 exclusively from tixbox.com and will go on sale on Monday 4 September, 2017.
Abu Dhabi Food Festival

Foodies across the city can prepare their appetites for authentic street food with not one, but 10 street food events, held throughout Abu Dhabi from December 7 to 23. Featuring a star-studded round-up of everyone’s favourite street food eats, and delivered by more than 100 food trucks and vendors in the region. The event also offers a variety of family-friendly music and attractions, all in celebration of extraordinary food and exceptional talent!
