How to maintain your wellness journey
It’s all very well making New Year’s resolutions, but how many of you have actually stuck to them? As we’ve almost made it to the end of January (I know, where did that month go?), we thought we’d give you a bit of inspiration to help keep you on track with your wellness goals this year. Here are our life hacks for your health!
Make eating in, the new eating out
Not only will this make a huge impact on your health, but it will help your bank balance too. Preparing meals at home means that you can control the food that you and your family are eating and ensure a balanced and nutritious diet. Make a conscious effort to cut down on processed “on the go” food and limit the number of nights you dine at your favourite restaurants each week. That daily coffee you pick up from the store? Try making it at home instead and avoid the additional sugars that are often hiding in your favourite caramel latte. Ditch the boring food shop (well, sort of)
Yes, there is a way that you can prepare more meals at home and still ditch the yawn-worthy food shop each week. Get more shut eye
