Music lovers, stop what you’re doing and listen up.
One of India’s biggest acts is taking to the stage in Abu Dhabi this November.
Arijit Singh will be serenading crowds at the Etihad Arena on 19 November in what will be his first onstage performance since the onset of the global pandemic in 2020.
Speaking on the announcement, the most streamed Indian artist on Spotify for 2020 said he was excited to perform in the UAE for the first time in five years.
He said: “Since the unfortunate coronavirus outbreak, this would be my first onstage performance. I am humbled to be a part of the concert and to be able to continue entertaining my fans.”
According to local news sources, the tickets for the gig will go on sale today (30 August).
It is the latest in exciting announcements for the Yas Island venue with the likes of Disney On Ice, Russell Peters and UFC 267 just some of the events pencilled in for the rest of 2021.
