Art Dubai, the Middle East’s premier art event, returns to Madinat Jumeirah from 18-20 April 2025 showcasing over 100 galleries from 50+ cities, including 20 first-time exhibitors.
This year’s fair continues its mission of spotlighting underrepresented geographies while solidifying Dubai’s reputation as a cultural and financial hub.
The highlights:
Contemporary Art: Featuring 70 exhibitors from five continents, including first-time participants like New York’s Bortolami, Milan’s Cortesi Gallery, and Tokyo’s Mizuma Art Gallery.
Bawwaba (Gateway): Curated by Mirjam Varadinis, this section explores themes of displacement and coexistence, with standout solo presentations by artists like Tomás Saraceno and Gulnur Mukazhanova.
Modern Art: Celebrating regional modern masters, the section includes Venezuelan artist Darío Pérez Flores, marking its first Latin American representation, alongside works by the New Vision Group and Bertina Lopes.
Digital Art: Themed ‘After the Technological Sublime’, this cutting-edge section delves into AI, robotics, and VR, featuring global players like HOFA Gallery and Dubai-based innovators like Mondoir Art Gallery.

Curators for 2025 include Mirjam Varadinis, Magalí Arriola, Nada Shabout, and Gonzalo Herrero Delicado, each bringing fresh perspectives to the fair’s core sections.
