The campaign entitled ‘What Moves You’ highlights the Saadiyat Cultural District’s mission to emphasise the transformative power of culture
A new innovative video campaign featuring Saadiyat Cultural District is being presented by some of the world’s most iconic figures. And we’re excited!
Saadiyat Cultural District is fast becoming a global hub of cultural institutions and is currently home to Louvre Abu Dhabi and Manarat Al Saadiyat with more museums on the way.
With all the new museums set for completion, the latest campaign, Be Moved in a Thousand Ways delivers an inspirational message on the transformative power of culture to unite, inspire, and open minds.
With the aim of trying to reach a global audience, they have enlisted the help of one of the most well-known figures on TV over the course of the last number of decades in Oprah Winfrey, who is featured on the promo video along with a host of other A-list celebrities.

This initiative highlights Saadiyat Cultural District’s role in fostering global cultural exchange and understanding, positioning it as a key destination for cultural enrichment and artistic innovation.
Other contributors to the campaign include HE Mohamed Khalifa Al Mubarak, Chairman of DCT Abu Dhabi; HE Zaki Anwar Nusseibeh, Cultural Adviser to the President of the UAE and Chancellor of the United Arab Emirates University; HE Noura bint Mohammed Al Kaabi, Minister of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs UAE; Lord Norman Foster, Pritzker Architecture Prize-winner and architect of the Zayed National Museum; Mariët Westermann, Director and CEO of the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum and Foundation, celebrated artists Mohammed Ibrahim, Najat Makki, Afra Al Dhaheri from the UAE; multi award winning Actor, Musician and Entrepreneur Idris Elba OBE; legendary pianist Lang Lang and many more.
Overall Abu Dhabi is enlisting the help of a number of well-known celebrities to showcase the best of the capital with Ryan Reynolds recently being appointed as Chief Officer of Yas Island.
