From miso salmon to black cod, Wagyu steak (yes, please), and sushi galore — plus live stations overflowing with oysters, ceviches, and signature maki rolls — it’s a non-stop flavour fest from 1pm to 4.30pm, followed by an after-party to keep things sparkling till 6pm.
