One of Abu Dhabi’s liveliest and most beloved brunches is switching it up this summer with a fantastic new menu.
Nahaam Saturday brunch at Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers will see endless, delicious delicacies delivered straight to the table in a relaxed, sharing-style format.
Begin your feast in stylish surrounds with the Fresh Beginnings section of the menu where creamy burrata with confit candy tomatoes, chicken, mango and avocado salad, and a selection of sushi, sashimi, and premium quality seafood on ice await to be savoured.
When the first-round plates have been cleared (and you can order more), move on to the tasty Little Flavours. Expect enticing pan-Asian nibbles such as dynamite prawns and Takoyaki octopus to delight the palate before you take on the mains.
The Metre Board offers an awe-inspiring centrepiece that stars an impressive array of favourite bites. Ideal for sharing, the vast spread features juicy meats such as home-smoked beef brisket, grilled beef striploin and lamb fillet, plus countless fresh seafood specialities like battered snapper fish and hearty grilled prawns.
And if that wasn’t mouthwatering enough, Thai spicy prawn rice noodles, mini–Butch Cassidy sliders and Colorata pizza surely will put a smile on your face.
But it’s important to remember to save room for dessert as the pastry chef lays on a signature collection of sweets including chocolate fudge cake, cherry cheesecake, crème brûlée and freshly prepared nitrogen ice cream
Running from 12.30pm to 4pm, the Nahaam Saturday Brunch prices begin at AED 250 with children aged between six and 12 dining for AED 125.
However, if you wish to take your brunching to the next level, plump for the house or bubbly packages for AED 375 and AED 550 respectively.
