Atlantis The Royal is now home to three Michelin-starred restaurants

Dubai’s second edition of Michelin Guide saw three new eateries be awarded one coveted star!

Already one of the most fabulous destinations in Dubai, Atlantis the Royal now has some precious stars to boast about too!

Dubai’s second edition of its Michelin Guide saw three restaurants take home one Michelin star. And to top that, three of Michelin’s five ‘Special Awards’ too!

Opened just this February, Dinner by Heston Blumenthal has managed to bag its first star in record time! Additionally, both Grégoire Berger’s Ossiano and Hakkasan Dubai retained their stars for a second year.

The Special Awards also graced restaurants including Ariana Bundy’s, Ariana’s Persian Kitchen, which took home the debut award of Opening of the Year. Arturo Scarmadella, Head Sommelier of Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, took home the coveted Sommelier Award.

And lastly, La Mar by Gastón Acurio, General Manager, Tomislav Lokvicic was awarded the Service of the Year Award.

But there’s more where that came from! Five restaurants across Atlantis The Royal were awarded an honourable mention in the 2023 guide, including Nobu Dubai (retained from 2022).

New additions to the list include Ariana’s Persian Kitchen, Jaleo by José Andrés, La Mar by Gastón Acurio and Estiatorio Milos.

If you haven’t already, you should probably consider making reservations quickly at these places!
