Stephen Quinn takes the helm at Horizon International School as he begins his new role as Principal
Horizon International School (HIS) has announced the appointment of Stephen Quinn as its new Principal.
A familiar face to families, Mr Quinn has been a key part of the HIS community since 2019, serving as Vice Principal and head of Primary and playing a central role in the school’s move from a KHDA rating of ‘Good’ to ‘Very Good’.
With a background in Economics, Mr Quinn has held various leadership positions in private and state schools in Greater Manchester, UK, before relocating to Dubai, where he worked as a Senior Leader at an Outstanding British school before joining HIS.
“Leading Horizon International School into its next phase is a wonderful opportunity that truly excites me,” said Mr. Quinn.

As the school celebrates its 15th anniversary, Mr. Quinn will officially assume his new role effective from Term 3.
