A new race series is coming to Abu Dhabi to help runners prepare for the ADNOC Abu Dhabi Marathon

Prices start at AED 55.

The ADNOC Abu Dhabi Marathon is only four months away and to help you get into shape is the Race Series Edition.

Organised by Abu Dhabi Sports Council and Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), the Race Series Edition will see three race meets take place over the coming months to help marathon participants prepare for the 26.2-mile race in December.

The first race of the series is scheduled to take place indoors at Yas Mall on 3 September.

The event will offer runners an opportunity to run 1km, 3km or 5km circuits of the shopping centre.

Up next, runners will head to the Garden City on 8 October where they will compete over 3km, 5km or 10km at the Hazza bin Zayed Stadium in Al Ain.

The final race of the series on November 5 will provide participants the chance to race a 21.1km half-marathon on a new course on Yas Island, as well as 3km, 5km and 10km distances.

Organisers have created a special bundle for those eager to take part in the whole Race Series.

Individual sign-up for each event is 55 AED, while entry for the half-marathon, on Yas Island on 5 November, is 175 AED.

Runners who sign up to all three events will receive a 20 per cent discount, with prices starting from 115 AED.

Additionally, those who have already registered for the ADNOC Abu Dhabi Marathon 2022 will benefit from a 30 per cent discount code for the Race Series Edition.

You can register for the Race Series Edition online via supersportsuae.com.
