Help the kids beat summer boredom at the Korean Cultural Center this August

The summer camp will last for four days.

The school term is on the horizon and to help your kids make the most of their final days of summer freedom is the Korean Cultural Center (KCC).

From 22 to 25 August from 10am to midday, children will be able to enjoy 3D Hanbok making craft, Korean book storytelling, playing Korean games, cooking class and more at the KCC’s base at YAS Creative Hub.

Perfect for kids aged between six and 12, applications for the summer camp must be submitted online via https://forms.gle/kYwbJG5mPyWmuoT87 by 17 August with participants named on 18 August through email.

And while parents may not be able to participate themselves in this super cool summer camp, the KCC is running a Korean language course from 28 August to 8 December.

For AED 400, you will receive 15 weeks of classes that will help you master the Korean language (or even just a word or two).

And if that wasn’t enough Korean culture to look forward to, K-pop fans will be delighted to hear that two mega concerts are coming to Abu Dhabi.

First up is K-Fest which will take place on 10 September at the Etihad Arena, before massive girl band BLACKPINK pitch up in the capital next January.
