Mubadala World Tennis Championship 2022 set to return to Abu Dhabi

The Championship runs 16-18 December at Zayed Sports City’s International Tennis Centre.

Good sporting times are about to roll later this year as Mubadala World Tennis Championship 2022 returns to the capital.

Hosted at the International Tennis Centre in Zayed Sports City, the tournament will see six of the best male tennis players and two leading female players take to the court to go head-to head over three days.

Organised by Flash Entertainment, John Lickrish, CEO of Flash Entertainment, said:  “The Mubadala World Tennis Championship has grown in popularity over the years, evolving into one of the world’s most sought-after tennis events and earning a prestigious place in the international sports calendar.

“The championship returns with the world’s best tennis players and passionate fans poised to descend upon Abu Dhabi for an exhilarating three-day tennis event.”

Tickets, starting from AED 95 for adults and AED 45 for children, will be sold via the event’s official website soon.

3 Day Packages are available at a 20 per cent saving, guaranteeing your seat to the action for the entire Championship.

Gobal sports fans can secure the best available seats at the International Tennis Centre in Zayed Sports City by visiting mubadalawtc.com to pre-register and be the first to know when tickets are released.

Those who sign-up for pre-registration will also automatically enter a draw to win exclusive Mubadala World Tennis Championship signed merchandise.

In 2021, Russian Andrey Rublev beat Andy Murray in the final in straight sets to win his first Mubadala World Tennis Championship title.

Tunisia’s most successful female tennis player, Ons Jabeur, defeated Olympic Gold Medallist Belinda Bencic to become the first Arab to compete in, and win the Championship.

Jabeur then followed up her Abu Dhabi success by reaching this year’s Wimbledon final at SW19.
