Dubai Opera welcomes Jack Sparrow on his swashbuckling journey through the 18th century

Experience the thrill of high seas adventure like never before on 12 May, as the renowned Armenian State Symphony Orchestra and Dubai Festival Chorus, conducted by Anthony Gabriele, bring to life Disney’s Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl.
With Coca-Cola Arena and Dubai Opera to the fore, visitors and residents of Dubai can expect some of the hottest performers and shows on the planet in the coming weeks ahead.
This latest Pirate-themed event promises to be an unforgettable night of entertainment as world renowned composer Hans Zimmer’s complete score, featuring Klaus Badelt and Hans Zimmer’s iconic music, will be performed live at the event.
Get set for a swashbuckling journey through the 18th century, where the roguish yet charming Captain Jack Sparrow, portrayed by Johnny Depp, sets sail on the famous Black Pearl.

This first instalment of the Pirates of the Caribbean film series is based on the beloved Disney Parks attraction, bringing to life the adventure, mystery, and magic of the high seas.
Watch as Captain Jack Sparrow’s idyllic life takes a tumultuous turn when his nemesis, Captain Barbossa, played by Geoffrey Rush, steals the Black Pearl and unleashes a curse upon himself and his crew, turning them into the undead.
