Brazilian comedian who has an accent like Dracula Rafi Bastos joins A-list acts at the 10-day comedy festival
Get ready for some serious LOLs not just for one, not two, but 10 days of hilarious guffaws with some of the funniest comics alive at the Dubai Comedy Festival.
Australia’s favourite comedy trio Sooshi Mango and the “uniquely Indian” comic Zakir Khan are among the latest acts added to a studded list of performers that already includes one of Ireland’s funniest funny-men Dara Ó Briai, Jimmy Carr, one of the UK’s most renowned comedians, and the hilarious comedy duo My Therapist Ghosted Me among others.
The new batch of A-list headliners also includes 6-foot-7 Brazilian comedian Rafi Bastos, Jim Jefferies, John Achkar and Stuart Taylor.
Check out the new line-up of performers who are set to bombard Dubai comic fans with all things funny this coming 12-21 May at various venues, including Coca-Cola Arena, Dubai Opera and The Theatre Mall of the Emirates.

A social media juggernaut whose stage performances, music videos, interviews, and sketches have garnered more than 370 million views on YouTube alone, Rafi promises utter hilarity as he takes to the stage at The Theatre Mall of the Emirates.

The Laughter Factory Presents Stuart Taylor

The Laughter Factory, the Middle East’s longest-running comedy night, will host Stuart Taylor, one of South Africa’s top entertainment acts, during the Dubai Comedy Festival. Stuart has performed to critical acclaim at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, the Berlin International Comedy Festival, New Zealand International Comedy Festival, and the Montreaux Comedy festival in Switzerland, along with a string of venues in his native South Africa.
