After captivating over 500,000 viewers across India, the spellbinding retelling of the Ramayana makes its international debut in Dubai

 

Dubai audiences are in for a breathtaking theatrical experience as Humare Ram, one of India’s most acclaimed modern stage productions, takes the spotlight at Dubai Opera this week.

A visually stunning and emotionally rich retelling of the Ramayana, Humare Ram brings together ancient epic and contemporary stagecraft to create a live spectacle that’s both soul-stirring and visually immersive.

Following 300+ sold-out shows across 25 cities in India and more than 500,000 attendees, this is the production’s first-ever international debut, and Dubai gets the honour.

Starring renowned actors Ashutosh Rana as Ravan and Rahull R Bhuchar as Shri Ram, the production features a powerhouse team of over 100 performers and crew, including dancers, actors, and technicians.

What makes it truly unmissable? The original music composed by industry legends Sonu Nigam, Shankar Mahadevan, and Kailash Kher, paired with dynamic visuals and powerful monologues that explore timeless themes of devotion, conflict, and dharma.

Directed by Gaurav Bhhardwaj and written by Rahull R Bhuchar & Naresh Katayan, the show has received acclaim from cultural icons including Mukesh and Nita Ambani, Sachin Tendulkar, Ranbir Kapoor, Vidya Balan, and Hema Malini, among others.
