The three-day festival promises to be one of the weekends of the year

The Middle East’s largest sports and entertainment festival, the Emirates Dubai 7s, is returning this year for an even bigger three-day festival of fun.

In an international celebration of sport, music, and entertainment, the 2024 edition of Emirates Dubai 7s has something for everyone with its biggest line-up to date of world-class international athletes, A-list headline artists, and state-of-the-art hospitality.

The ‘weekend of the year’ themed festival is set to take place on the weekend before the UAE National Day public holiday from Friday, 29 November to Sunday, 1 December at the Sevens Stadium in Dubai.

Set to attract over 80,000 attendees from the UAE and across the globe, the first leg of the HSBC SVNS 2024-2025 series, taking place in Dubai, marks an iconic fixture on the UAE calendar.

The event upholds a legacy of both excellence and sportsmanship for elite and amateur athletes alike, with this year’s line-up set to include participation from 128 countries across five sports—including rugby 7s, netball, cricket, fitness, and padel tennis.

Last year’s edition hosted over 6,000 participants and 560 teams of all levels and ages from 32 countries.

Guests can look forward to an array of sports action, including the cricket tournament presented by Dulsco, which continues to expand annually, drawing in amateur teams from across the UAE and the Middle East.

Rebound, Dubai 7s’ very own padel tennis tournament will make another return, inviting padel enthusiasts of all levels to compete on custom-built courts while enjoying full weekend access to the festival.

Amid all the sports action, this year’s spectacle will feature an incredible line-up of global and local A-list headline artists performing across the whole weekend.

Catch live performances across all three iconic stages—Rugby Rocks, Beats on 2, and Frequency on 8.

While the full 2024 line-up will be announced soon, previous years have seen the likes of Kylie Minogue, Craig David, Artful Dodger, and Becky Hill. For families, the weekend is free for children under four, and this year, Emirates Dubai 7s presents its biggest kids’ zone to date.
