Celebrate Eid with delightful Lebanese favourites or a relaxing staycation at Rosewood Abu Dhabi
Sambusek, the specialty Lebanese restaurant at Rosewood Abu Dhabi, will be launching a newly tailored Eid Al Adha set menu which includes 4 courses of delightful Lebanese favourites and Arabic specialties prepared under the hands of Chef Emad Zalloum.
Commenting on the preparations, Chef Emad Zalloum said: “Because Eid is a special time for families to come together and celebrate, we have prepared a mouthwatering set menu for this joyous occasion. The Eid special will be featuring a large selection of Cold and Hot Mezzah, such as eggplant mutabbal, vine leaves, the favorite Fattoush salad with zaatar bread croutons, Kibbet El Rays – a beautifully prepared kibbeh inside the eggplant skin, chicken liver with a delicious pomegranate sauce and of course the must have akkawi cheese Sambusek. During the main course, guests will be presented with a selection of Arabic tender mixed grills of lamb and shish tawook, and Fish marinated in Arabic spices (Harra sauce), while the dessert will satisfy everyone’s sweet tooth with a selection of our ‘sunset tray’ Arabic sweets selection of all the favorites, along with Arabic ice cream and a fruit platter.” The menu is a perfect combination to please the meat lovers and vegetarian alike.
Overlooking the waterfront of Al Maryah Island, Sambusek will offer the Eid Al Adha set menu on the first and second day of Eid, for AED 260 per person including water, soft drinks and Moroccan tea, served from noon until closing.
