It’s time for all paddlers in Abu Dhabi to join together for Paddle For The Planet!

Paddle for the Planet is a movement that unites paddlers around the world for a one day global relay event in an effort to raise environmental awareness and give something back to our oceans. For more info check out: http://www.paddlefortheplanet.org/welcome/
This is a chance for the paddling community in Abu Dhabi to get together and show appreciation for the waters that we are always playing in! We’d like to see Stand Up Paddlers, Dragon Boats, Surf Skis, Kayaks, any form of paddle craft basically! This will also be a great opportunity for people to try out all the different paddling crafts.
Event details:
MEETING POINT is Dock E (in front of Carluccio’s Italian Restaurant) at Eastern Mangroves Marina, Abu Dhabi.
– All paddlers to arrive at 7am at meeting point.
– All paddling crafts to leave the dock by 7:30am max.
– All paddlers will make their way to the small beach and dock in the middle channel (Fox Beach) of the Mangroves by 8am, where we will take a group picture (to be posted on the P4P website and Facebook).
After the group picture, we will clean up any rubbish in the surrounding area of the Mangroves, so please bring appropriate trash bags.
– All paddlers to arrive back at the dock by 9am.
