Friday 25 February will see a very special presentation of Rooftop Rhythms as The Arts Center at NYU Abu Dhabi (NYUAD) production goes retro at Manarat Al Saadiyat.
In conjunction with the Zemanna programme, Manarat Al Saadiyat’s exhibition exploration of life in the UAE in the 90s, Rooftop Rhythms – The Throwback Edition sees spoken word artists, poets and musicians focus on themes centering around nostalgia and memory.

Beginning from 8pm, attendees at this live event will also be treated to live music by The Once, a Canadian folk-pop trio who will be presented by Canada’s National Art Centre.
Presented with the official support from the US Mission to the UAE and in partnership with The Arts Center at NYUAD, entry to the event is free of charge.
