Well long no more as Semi Permanent Middle East brings three days of talks, performances, dining experiences, art installations and screenings from a standout line-up of acclaimed global creative talent, to the capital this October.
The creativity and design festival will see legendary British DJ Mark Ronson appear on the ‘In Conversation’ workshop before he hits the decks for a special performance at Manarat Al Saadiyat.
But music isn’t the only draw to Saadiyat Island over the weekend with activations from the world of design, retail, branding, fashion and technology industries scheduled including a pop-up exhibition, La Rosa Social Club, that will showcase the work of Los Angeles based filmmaker and art curator, Aaron Rose and a feature length documentary on design visionary, Bruce Mau.
