SPARKLES OF INDIA is a three-day family festival celebrating India’s Independence Day, creating a traditional Indian environment in Abu Dhabi with colourful arts and decors.
Held at the Du Forum on Yas Island from 16- 18 August, the festival will offer visitors the chance to experience Indian culture, Indian street food, and cultural dance performances, as well as parade and Indian workshops for the entire family. On August 16, there’s an evening with Indian Bollywood superstar Shilpa Shetty and spectacular live performance by Kailash Kher on August 17th.
The festival’s top-notch entertainment will include a concert by a superstar celebrity as well as multiple groups from the fnalists of India’s Got Talent, Indian Idol, and Dance India Dance performing throughout the day. The SPARKLES OF INDIA will be the only festival in the region to showcase the winners of the leading TV talent shows live on stage!
The festival will even have a Celebrity Chef, targeting today’s generation, holding live cooking sessions! Spectacular Chariot, Indian Parade and Cultural Dance routines from all over the country will create a vibrant, fun, and entertaining environment perfect to celebrate Independence Day. All this in addition to the Bollywood Superstar singer performing live on stage!
