It’s time to throw on your trainers and test your mettle against one of the Middle East’s toughest endurance events; Spartan Trail Arabia.
After making its debut in the UAE last November, the event returns with meets in Umm Al Quwain, Fujairah and Ras Al Khaimah.
Competing for a coveted Spartan Trail Arabia trifecta medal, participants will challenge themselves against 10km and 21km course routes where they will be taken through impressive mountains, stunning wadis and vast dams.
The top three competitors of each event will also have the chance to claim prize money and all participants will receive a finisher t-shirt and finisher medal.
The season kicks off on Sunday 27 February at Umm Al Quwain’s spectacular Mangrove Beach for the biggest sporting event ever to be held in the emirate.
The calendar then moves onto Fujairah Adventure Park before finishing in Khatt in Ras Al Khaimah with a date to be scheduled for later in the year.
