Rubber will once again be hitting the road in 2022 as the UCI World Tour returns to Abu Dhabi and the UAE on 20 February.
Organised in collaboration with RCS Sport, The UAE Tour 2022 signals the start of the UCI World Tour racing calendar and will cross mountains, coastal and desert roads as well as city streets over seven stages in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.
This will be the fourth time the UAE has hosted a leg of the UCI World Tour with Primoz Roglic, Simon Yates and two-time Tour de France-winner Tadej Pogačar taking the title in 2019, 2020 and 2021 respectively.
Ratified by the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI), the UAE Tour is the only UCI World Tour race that takes place from the Middle East.
