Scotland’s most rebellious hops brand opens its first Dubai bar this week — think darts, drinks, duckpin
BrewDog is finally making its long-awaited Dubai debut—and they’re not doing it quietly. The iconic Scottish beer brand is throwing open the doors to its first-ever UAE bar this Friday, 23 May, and it’s going big from the get-go.
Set on Bluewaters Island, this beast of a bar sprawls across two floors with 22 taps of craft hops, three outdoor terraces, JBR views, and a whole load of chaos — in the best way possible.

This is more than just a beer spot. You’ll find duckpin bowling, augmented reality darts, live music, a dedicated coworking space, and BrewDog’s legendary food menu (yep, burgers, wings and the works).
The first 200 guests through the door get entered into a draw for free BrewDog beer for a year. There’ll also be launch-only deals, including hops for under AED 20 all weekend. Yes, seriously.
This is just the start — BrewDog plans to open eight bars across Dubai over the next five years. Cheers to that.
Founded in Aberdeen back in 2010, BrewDog has gone from indie upstart to global cult favourite, with outposts everywhere from Las Vegas to Tokyo. Dubai is its first-ever bar in the GCC, launched in partnership with Rise Hospitality.
Daud, CEO of Rise Hospitality, says the new venue will “set a new benchmark for the city” and bring “something fresh every day of the week.”
