New York favourite Carbone is now open in Dubai

Carbones dubai branch is opening soon

Time to get those bookings sorted

Dubai, we hope you’re hungry because a whole lot of carbs are about to land on your table, courtesy of Carbone.

The celeb-favourite (Drake’s fave restaurant, don’t you know) is now officially open at Atlantis The Royal, in partnership with luxury hospitality powerhouse Major Food Group (MFG).

It’s their first location in the Middle East so yes, this is a pretty big deal. Expect the red sauce, big flavours, and a serious dose of New York swagger, now served under the glittering skies of Palm Jumeirah.

The restaurant started in Manhattan’s Greenwich Village over a decade ago, and is considered the Italian-American spot that redefined “dinner and a show”.

The vibe is all about making you feel like you’re in a dining room in the 1950s, combining vintage glamour with really good food.

The result? Iconic dishes that became instant cult favorites: the Caesar alla ZZ, linguini vongole, veal parm, chicken Massimo, and of course, that unapologetically addictive spicy rigatoni.

But because this is Dubai and Carbone, it won’t be just your taste buds getting a big treat. Expect the full cinematic experience inside: huge chandeliers, jewel-toned velvet nooks, glossy leather banquettes, Venetian mirrors, a terrace with front-row views to the Skyblaze Fountain show and an art collection specially curated for the restaurant.

The pièce de résistance? A wall-spanning jellyfish tank, one of the largest in the world.

Definitely one to add to your must-visit list.
