A colourful and tantalising gathering for party people and music lovers, ‘Ritual’ is inspired by the rich and fascinating culture of the Aztecs and Incas. Fusing the energies of the past and the present together, each Ritual party features beats from some of COYA MUSIC’s most-iconic resident DJs, and guest appearances from the biggest names in house and techno.
Transporting guests away from Dubai and into a magical alternative world, the July Ritual parties will feature riveting sets from COYA resident DJs Besh, Stephane Karl, Demaya, and international guest DJ SAFAR.
Presenting uplifting weekly events filled with uplifting mixes of South American tracks and melodic house and techno, all enhanced with expertly crafted Peruvian bites and COYA’s famous Pisco Sour cocktails, each Ritual party promises to be a night to remember forever.

Join us for an unforgettable start to your weekend at chanca Evening Brunch, happening every Thursday at chanca by COYA.
Indulge in a curated Peruvian menu and COYA’s signature cocktails, Pisco Sours, and premium wines and beers, while grooving to the beats of COYA resident DJs. After fueling up on exquisite Peruvian bites, you can transition seamlessly into one of chanca’s renowned late-night parties.
The set menu includes delectable options like charred padron peppers, yellowfin tuna and oscietra caviar tacos, and maki rolls. Savor COYA’s coveted appetizers, such as prawn and Chilean sea bass gyoza, juicy short rib baos, and chicken skewers, complemented by crispy sides like huayro potatoes and cauliflower with chipotle mayonnaise.
For an extra touch of luxury, guests can add Gillardeau No.2 Oysters (3 pieces for AED 149 and 6 pieces for AED 292) or Siberian oscietra caviar (priced AED 690) to their experience.
Ending the electric brunch on a sweet and happy note, COYA’s legendary Churros de Naranja orange and lime churros and Taco Dulce with camu camu, yoghurt and blueberries provide the perfect light dessert before diners move to the dancefloor.
The chanca Evening Brunch takes place every Thursday from 8 to 11 pm. Packages are priced AED 489 for house beverages and AED 689 for premium beverages.
