Two Of The Uae’s Best Latin American Chefs Are About To Step Into The Kitchen

Cooking up a culinary storm using only the highest quality ingredients painstakingly sourced and imported all the way from Latin America to Abu Dhabi, those lucky enough to have secured their place will be able to indulge in what promise to be superb dishes such as traditional smoked guacamole, created using only Mexican mashed avocado and served with tortilla chips.

Diners will also get to savour a classic Peruvian ceviche of sea bass, leche de tigre, cancha and sweet potato, not to mention a pulled lamb shank served with adobo sauce, mint, aji amarillo and creamed potatoes.

And don’t forget to save room for those rather special deserts of coffee tres leches with coconut ice cream and strawberries or crispy churros with manchego ice cream and abuelita sauce.

Buen provecho!
