The distinguished Forbes Five-Star hotel in the heart of the UAE capital has recently launched its enticing Culinary Month celebration. Expertly led and executed by Executive Chef Carmine Pecoraro, there’s over 20 years of experience across the curation of each restaurant’s menu.
As part of the food festivities, the hotel’s hoping to highlight its impressive array of award-winning signature restaurants and expert chefs. Essentially, a journey across the finest global cuisines on your plate at the Conrad Culinary Month.
On the menu at each award-winning restaurant is a carefully curated three-course set menu for just AED 250 per person. Read on to learn all about the best chefs serving you the most delectable plates.
Ray’s Grill
To accompany the stunning 63rd-floor views, the recently reopened restaurant is serving up some juicy premium cuts. With British Head Chef Daniel Irvine at the helm, you begin the meal with a steaming bowl of heart-warming Spanish slow-cooked onion soup or pickled beets and smoked goat cheese.
For the mains, you have a rich, tender grain-fed US striploin steak, while those looking for a meat-free alternative will adore the equally tasty cauliflower steaks. Rounding up the meal nicely is a rich and creamy homemade vanilla cheesecake, served with strawberries and coconut rum.
Li Beirut
It’s all about authentic Arabic cuisine with Li Beirut Chef Achraf around. Honouring Lebanese flavours, the appetizers feature a choice of superb mezze or colourful cumin-spiced beetroot salad, followed by roasted lamb or cracked freekeh with roasted cauliflower.
End the night on a divine note Li Beirut’s famous signature baklava, enhanced with delicate notes of saffron, pistachio and honey.
Tori No Su
If Asian cuisine is more your speed, a perfectly curated line-up of authentic Japanese nibbles awaits. Chef Yosuke Matsuoka has meticulously crafted a vibrant and creative selection that features fresh white fish tempura, black Angus beef Nikumaki, light and fluffy Japanese cheesecake and many more contemporary and intriguing dishes.
SOLE
Transporting diners over to the bustling streets of Naples, sophisticated Italian restaurant SOLE is delighted to introduce diners to an array of charming regional specialities. For the adventurous foodie, the flavours of the Mediterranean come to Abu Dhabi at Nahaam. The alluring menu by Chef Nicky Javier menu spans creamy Italian burrata with fresh tomatoes and olives, roasted corn-fed chicken with sweet potato, mustard and veal bacon.
Of course, there’s every chocoholic’s dream dessert, the much-loved chocolate lava pudding with Madagascan vanilla ice cream.
