The answer to summer Saturdays, a flower workshop followed by The Weekend Spritz, leisurely lunching at Alba Terrace. Learn and create your own floral arrangements using a wide variety of premium stems and foliage under guidance and teaching from creative director, goshá, at the exclusive designer flower studio.

For the little ones
Inspiring little ones to bloom. A fun and creative floral experience for kids will teach them to create their own flower crowns, something special to take home. Available for kids ages 5-10.

Alba Terrace: The Weekend Spritz
Extended daily Wednesday 21 July to Saturday 24 July on the occasion of Eid Al Adha, The Weekend Spritz is a little more than lunch, yet not quite the extravagance of brunch. Serving up dishes to the table, a mix of Alba Terrace classics, new seasonal creations and warming, fresh delights from the poolside wood fired oven.
Every Friday & Saturday – extended daily Wednesday 21 July to Saturday 24 July, 12.30pm-5pm (3-hour experience). AED 148 soft beverages package, AED 288 cocktail & house beverages package, AED 75 for kids 6-12 year olds, complimentary for children age 6 and under
Oak Room: Eid Lunch
The award-wining, British rock ‘n’ roll steakhouse will exclusively open for Eid Lunch, a 3-course set menu or a la carte selections.

Oak Room Saturday Roast
Set in the eminent, oak paneled restaurant to a backdrop of English rock ‘n’ roll classic tunes, a 3-hour seated menu of British favorites. Modern and considered, guests can devour four-courses, starting with shared seasonal salads, followed by a delectable Salmon Wellington.
Main course choices include roasted Striploin of Beef and Lamb Saddle accompanied by an array of sides, from crisp roast potatoes to cauliflower cheese and traditional Yorkshire puddings. Tempting desserts include Sticky Toffee Pudding and Apple and Blackberry Crumble, as well as an exquisite cheese selection.
From hand-mixed Mimosas, to the renowned Bloody Mary trolley, grapes and bubbles, an enlivened afternoon awaits.

Oak Room Brunch
A spirited Friday affair has been upgraded with enhanced interactive mixology, robust grape selections and premium bubbles.
Starting with signature Oak Room Sourdough with Marmite Butter and an array of shared starters, Loch Fyne Oysters and Beef Tartar are a welcome addition.
Brunchers can then choose from seven main courses including USDA Prime Tenderloin, Phoenix Wagyu Rump, Australian Lamb Rack and classic Fish and Chips, with homemade sides and sauces.
Desserts to share that include Eton Mess and Sticky Toffee pudding and crafted beverage mixology, complete the day.
