Ooh la la! These festive treats by L’éclair de Génie in Yas Mall are a delight

The perfect gift.

PARTNER CONTENT: The festive season is all about giving to those you love and L’éclair de Génie in Yas Mall has the perfect sweet gift that is not only delightfully decorated but is delivered in the cutest little box that promises to delight.

Designed in the style of a vintage circus tent, L’éclair de Génie in Yas Mall is made for those wishing to savour French delights. The desserts are divine, of course, and with names such a dirty hot chocolate – a 60 per cent chocolate handmade ball filled with marshmallows that melts away as the hot chocolate is poured over it – the drinks are equally divine.

And for those who adore eclairs – and who doesn’t, you’ll be pleased to learn that there is a display of no less than 10 eclairs on display at all times, which are the café’s signature offering among other sweet delights.

And for the festive and New Year Season, L’éclair de Génie, which has branches all around the world, has been rustling up the cutest little boxes of six eclairs.  For festive, the eclairs have been worked into your favourite holiday characters such as Rudolph, Santa Claus and Snowman, among others.

But if you are worried you have missed those, fear not as L’éclair de Génie has created a similar box for New Year too, which can be ordered for delivery straight from their Instagram account.

And the man behind the entire concept is Christophe Adam, who has worked in a rather unique twist on the traditional éclair that come in flavours such as tiramisu and salted butter caramel.

It is the first opening in the UAE for L’éclair de Génie, but judging by what’s on offer, it probably won’t be the last.

You needn’t worry about your sweet tooth because the French pastry and café spot is in the capital.
