Chef Cesar Bartolini has been conjuring up soime culinary magic at Tamoka & Caña by Tamoka in Dubai’s JBR, where guests are in for a treat as they taste “fire and ice’ dishes on the all-new menu.

Chef Cesar reminises on the flavours, freshness and zestiness of Latin American and Caribbean cuisine and is inviting your and your friends to share a plate or two, try something new and join in the enthusiasm of the culinary tribe for an experience like no other.

Not only that, the beachside destination is offering up  thirst-quenching beverages that are said to encapsulate the spirit of adventure.

New Menu At Tamoka Dubai

Start off  with a fresh entrada, such as ‘Provoleta Asada’, made of melted provolone cheese, Nduja, toasted corn bread.

Try something off the grill or Parilla, such as ‘Dorada Zarandeado’, butterflied seabream, smokey tomato adobo, and sea asparagus.

Dive into the main course or principales with ‘Lomo Saltado’, a sauteed beef tenderloin, coriander rice served with asparagus. There’s always room for dessert, or postres, indulge in Antillean flan and  dulce de leche or treat yourself to ‘Torta de Queso’, a baked cheesecake, beetroot ice cream.

Don’t forget about Tamoka’s little sister, Caña by Tamoka, which is the perfect beach bar for laid-back moments brought to life.

Pair the refreshing beverages with a delectable menu of ‘Sancochadas’, crispy corn quesadillas with mozzarella and piquillo peppers and ‘Pollo Jerk’, grilled jerk chicken with Caña slaw.

For some tasty sides, choose Palta y Tomate, a heritage tomatoes salad with salsa and avocado.
